When it comes to audio submissions, would it be wise to keep previous works to show your progression in your field of art? Even in the case if some pieces far in the past were of much lower quality?

A friend of mine accepted a scout and didn't know about pruning can she be unscouted or?
If her work is not up to par then yes she can be pruned. And if her work is good she will get rescouted as long as she stays visible.

So I need to play a waiting game a be lucky someone sees my work first. Hmm but the thing about deleting bad art, since thats not on my to judge, maybe I have to get rid of my inktober section.
It comes more down to curating your art as you evolve. If you still like an old piece and are proud of it, keep it. If you know your newer stuff is better and a better representation of your skill then maybe clip some of the older stuff that isn't as impressive or what you want to be known by,
