I know whats wrong with this movie

It rates really high in the "suck-factor" region. Being in that region tends to make movies, well, suck.

A man getting hit in the nuts with a football, is an overplayed cliche, and overplayed cliches arent funny. Thus making your movie in accordance to the overplayed cliche rule, not funny.
